One of the games we can expect to learn a little more about at E3 is Virtua Tennis 3, from Sega. The game was just announced this week, and it's coming from Sega's AM2 group. You know, Top Spin 2 is awfully similar to how the Virtua Tennis games played. Plus we'll have Rockstar's Table Tennis game, which I have to imagine will at least be slightly similar. That's sort of a lot of tennis-type action if you think about it all at once, but considering the release of Virtua Tennis isn't going down until, like, this time next year, that should give players plenty of time to work up a strong tennis appetite.

We should also be learning more about the next game from Tecmo's Team Ninja. What the heck is Itagaki up to these days? Well, he's going to unveil Dead or Alive Xtreme Beach Volleyball 2. Yeah, I don't know about that one. But the word is that the game has plenty more to it than volleyball, and that's what we'll be seeing at the show. But really, I think I'd rather just see some sort of announcement that Ninja Gaiden 2 is in the works or something.

I said last week that Halo 3 would absolutely have to be at E3. I mean, I'm just guessing, but really, come on. I'll reiterate it. Do you really think Microsoft is going to let a stage this large pass by without some official word about the game most likely to prevent people from buying another console? I don't expect we'll see much, but it'll have to be announced or something. At this point, they could just show off a static image of the Master Chief with a Halo 3 logo below it and it'd be enough to send some segments of the audience into a ridiculous frenzy.

There's also plenty of other stuff that we've seen before that I just want to see more of. Games like Dead Rising, for example. And while I don't think it's going to be up my alley, I have to say, I'm really curious to see Viva Piñata. But I also really want to see what sort of presence the Xbox Live Arcade has at the show. Will we finally see Street Fighter II: Hyper Fighting's online support? Will Uno be there, complete with support for the camera peripheral so I can tell when someone's bluffing? Feeding Frenzy 2 was just announced for PC recently... will it also come to the 360? And will there be other new stuff that I haven't heard of on display? I sure hope so.
